SVA / SEWN Program

SEWN (Strategic Early Warning Network) is a Pennsylvania-based initiative dedicated to preserving jobs by helping small and medium-sized manufacturing companies regain stability and thrive. Offered at no cost through a partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, SEWN’s consulting focuses on three main areas: stabilizing finances, rebuilding operational foundations, and repositioning businesses for future growth with tailored, growth-oriented plans. Each strategy is customized to fit the unique needs of every company. With five regional offices across the state, SEWN also extends its support through collaboration with its partner agency, Rapid Response, ensuring comprehensive assistance to manufacturers facing challenges.
