Capabilities:   PVC Extrusion of rectangular Tongue and groove profiles with internal ribs for reinforcement. Product to be used for Fencing. Product to utilize plant based plastics, have earth tone color options, with an embossed finish. Plant Based Plastic will be provided. 1.5” wide x 6” High x 94” Long with a .5” Tongue and Groove on opposite sides. .125” edge radius, .080 - .100 wall thickness with 4 to 5 internal ribs. Product needs to be impact resistant and rigid, have an outdoor life of 10-15 years, yet biodegradable once discarded.

Product to utilize plant-based plastics, have earth tone color options, with an embossed finish. This new extrusion will be an accessory to our Aluminum Post and Frame Fence system.
